Project Manager
Will Bumpers
Will has a BS degree in Business from Elon University and is entering the MBA program at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, with an emphasis on sustainable enterprise. Will has two years of experience at Red Ventures in Charlotte North Carolina, where he was a Sales and Training Manager, and he worked as a Regional Coordinator for the 2016 presidential campaign.

INTERN
Linn Bumpers
Linn has completed classes for her degree in Environmental Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara and will graduate in June, 2017. She has served on the University's Coastal Fund Board, and was the student representative on the California Working Group on Carbon Methodology. She received a grant to research carbon credits for wetlands restoration and also participated in research in Tanzania for the World Wildlife Fund. She has taught environmental science to fifth grade students, worked as an international energy intern, and also as a congressional intern for Maryland Representative Chris Van Hollen.

CEO
Bill Bumpers
Bill is a partner in the Environmental practice at the law firm Baker Botts. Prior to attending law school at the University of Virginia, Bill received his Masters in Economics and worked for the Arkansas Attorney General's office as an economist on public utility rate issues, including the implementation of PURPA.
Bill serves on the Board of the The Wilderness Society and Winrock International. He also is a member of the Potomac Conservancy and Trout Unlimited.

COO
Heidi Bumpers
Heidi has been an environmental lawyer with the law firm, Jones Day for the past 30 years. Prior to joining Jones Day, she was an attorney and Section Chief in environmental enforcement for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Heidi has served on the Boards of several local organizations, and is currently enrolled in the University of Maryland Master Gardener program.
